SCHOOL FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION

Lakeshore Public Schools now uses a new facility scheduling software system called MasterLibrary.  All non-LPS District Staff will need to create a new account in the system (if you are an LPS Employee with an lpslancer.net Google email address, please use the Single Sign On (SSO) option when logging in as your account already exists).  Please see the Request Use section below for instructions on creating an account and how to log in.

As a service to the community, Lakeshore Public Schools may allow community groups and individuals to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic and other similar purposes when the facilities are not being used for district activities. Granting a request to use district facilities does not constitute district endorsement of the activity, organization, organization's mission or any opinion expressed by the individual, groups or members of the groups.

Priority will be given to applicants who wish to use district facilities for purposes that directly benefit district students. Use of district facilities will not be granted if the use conflicts or interferes with a district activity, and all uses granted are contingent upon the district's needs.

Lakeshore Public Schools has partnered with MasterLibrary to develop a facility use portal that allows users to check availability and submit requests online. All district schools are now using the MasterLibrary.

  • Complete a NEW User Account Form

    • LPS Employees do not need to create an account (skip to the "Reserve Facilities" link below and simply sign in by clicking the "Log in with Google" button below the username and password fields)

COMMUNITY WALKING HOURS

at Kohn Fieldhouse

  1. Community Walking Hours at KOHN FIELDHOUSE

    1. October 20, 2025 to March 25, 2026

    2.  Monday - Wednesday - Friday (when school is in session and not on half days)

    3. 11:30am - 2:00pm

    5. Reasons that the Community Walking Hours would not be available

      1.  If there is no school according to the District Calendar - Click HERE

      2.  If Lakeshore Public Schools is closed due to weather or any extenuating circumstances.

      3. If LPS School events are scheduled during the walking hours that require use of the Fieldhouse and/or track

  3. Guidelines for participating in Walking Hours

    1. No Charge - FREE

    2. Must change shoes upon entry into the building to use the track

      1. Locker room area available to change shoes and store boots/shoes and coats while walking

      2. Lakeshore Public Schools is not responsible for lost or stolen items 

    3. No use of any other part of the facility during walking hours

    4. No Food or Drink (other than water) on the track

    5. Joggers should use the inside 2 lanes and walkers should use the outside 2 lanes

    6. Refusal or non compliance with Guidelines will be grounds for dismissal
