Strategic Plan
In the Spring of 2024 Lakeshore went through a Strategic Planning Process that included:
Information Gathering - We used ThoughtExchange to gather information from all stakeholders. Other data points included test score trends, student attendance, staff survey data, and qualitative discussions with parents and community members.
Identifying Areas of Focus - Using the feedback and data, a District based committee identified the District's barriers to achievement and found areas of focus to meet these needs and to move the District forward.
Plan Writing - The committee then developed a Strategic Action Plan that includes goals, timelines, and next steps.
After a year of work, the District spent time in the Spring of 2025 to revisit each goal. Through this work, a new set of actions were developed for the 2025-26 School Year.
